MONTH ONE: a highly transformational 4 week deep dive that sets you up for aligned success moving forward

MONTH TWO and MONTH THREE : a 2 month supportive space to continue working towards your long term goals

MONTH ONE

Are you ready? I know I am.

What it includes: 4 weekly sessions, 4 weeks of direct line access to me via audio/texts, personalized meditations for our time in between sessions.

Access to me: During our work together, you will have 24/7 direct contact with me. Healing does not work on a specific time schedule. If there is something that comes up before our weekly session, you can contact me directly and I will help you through it.

Customization: Using a blend of BWRT, Vibrational and Quantum Therapy, Harmonyum Healing, Neuro Science and Somatic Expression, and CBT, we will create a plan specific to YOU.
