THE FOUNDER
I created The Meridian because I saw something happening again and again.
The most extraordinary leaders weren’t struggling because they lacked knowledge, ambition, or opportunity. They were struggling because growth had changed them.
Their circles became smaller.
Their conversations began to feel like translation.
Explaining the questions they ask. The way they think. The life they’re trying to build.
